Turnstile, nominado junto a Osbourne, fue superado por Brandi Carlile en Mejor Canción de Rock y Mejor Interpretación de Rock con «Broken Horses». Osbourne derrotó a Turnstile, Ghost, Megadeth y Muse en Mejor Interpretación de Metal.
